About this role
Role Overview
- Support the Legal team across all activities mainly by:
- Maintenance of legal documents and databases.
- Prepare and review simple agreements (also complex if you are interested!).
- Process contracts for execution.
- Vendor contracts review and management.
- Help with Legal Operations projects.
- Legal research.
Requirements
- Law school student (at least third year)
- Fluent in Czech and English
- Well-trained in Google Docs, Word & Excel
- Thorough, independent and fast-learning
- Flexibility and availability to occasionally work in evenings
- Certification in Legal English (it is nice if you have)
- Knowledge of US Law (it is nice if you have)
- Interest in AI and technology (it is nice if you have)
