Role Overview

• Develop story-driven concepts for social media ads and content formats
• Responsible for the creative pipeline and testing
• Translate ideas into clear briefs for UGC creators, editors, and designers
• Analyze performance together with the media buyer
• Monitor social media trends and adapt them for our brand

Requirements

• Experience in social media or performance content
• Good understanding of paid social
• Strong sense for storytelling, hooks, and narrative structure
• Experience with video content and creative production
• Ability to translate ideas into clear briefs
• Nice to have: experience with video editing (e.g., CapCut or Premiere)
• Experience with UGC production
• Experience with DTC brands or performance ads
• Experience with creator collaborations
