Act as the main liaison with retail partners, ensuring a close and effective relationship;
Manage and monitor active partnerships, ensuring quality of execution and alignment with business objectives;
Plan, propose, and execute marketing campaigns focused on sales and customer activation;
Build multichannel communication journeys (email, push, WhatsApp, SMS, etc.) with a focus on conversion;
Monitor campaign performance, analyzing KPIs such as conversion, adoption, and revenue generated;
Generate data-driven insights and propose actions for continuous optimization of commercial results;
Organize the campaign and activation calendar, including seasonal dates and promotional activities;
Support the execution of promotional campaigns and regulated sweepstakes.

Previous experience (internship or full-time) in marketing, CRM, campaigns, or related areas;
Basic knowledge of campaign analysis and performance metrics;
Familiarity with digital communication channels and point-of-sale (POS) channels;
Good verbal and written communication skills;
Experience managing partners or interfacing with commercial/sales teams;
Experience in retail or financial services;
