Develop and apply People Analytics to support strategic decisions, turning data into clear diagnoses, practical recommendations, and relevant inputs for leadership.
Plan and structure organizational surveys and diagnostics, integrating quantitative and qualitative data with methodological rigor and a focus on the strategic use of results.
Conduct workforce planning analyses to support decisions on structure, sizing, productivity, risks, and business priorities.
Support organizational design and redesign processes by contributing to assessments of human, organizational, and operational impact through data.
Build indicators, dashboards, and strategic analyses to monitor workforce efficiency, performance, risks, succession, and sustainability.
Provide technical input to workforce management decisions with a systemic, data-driven perspective.
Work cross-functionally and collaboratively with the People/HR Superintendency, HRBPs and leaders, connecting strategy, data, and execution with autonomy and accountability.
Support organizational transformation initiatives, cultural change, and operational evolution through data and planning.
Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes using technology, automation, innovation, and market best practices.
Ensure consistent, well-structured deliveries focused on impact, respecting deadlines, quality standards, and governance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Psychology, Statistics or related fields.
Solid experience in People Analytics (mandatory).
Experience in Workforce Planning, organizational surveys and diagnostics, and/or organizational design.
Cross-functional experience with the ability to influence strategic decisions through data, even without formal team leadership.
Strong analytical skills, with experience integrating quantitative and qualitative data.
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
Knowledge of strategic HR metrics, organizational structure, productivity, costs, and risks.
Ability to translate analyses into clear, actionable inputs tailored to different audiences.
Knowledge of automation, AI applied to HR, and process improvement is desirable.
