Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to recruit qualified lateral associate candidates and managing the recruitment process from start to finish, with a focus on supporting the practice group model
Managing and evaluating relationships with search firms and external vendors, ensuring competitive fee structures and continuous process improvement
Preparing and communicating statistics, marketing materials, and progress reports to ensure alignment with practice group needs
Organizing, delegating, and coordinating staff work by managing workflow and conducting performance evaluations to ensure effective leadership
Promoting effective work practices by working as a team member and demonstrating respect for others
Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent
A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in legal recruiting or a professional services environment
A minimum of seven (7) years of cumulative experience
A minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in a related field, preferably
