Serve as the key user for Kinaxis planning systems across four main areas: plasma, production, packaging, and supply & replenishment planning within the Global Supply Chain
Orchestrate Supply Chain (SC) community meetings for your area of responsibility to facilitate knowledge exchange and learning, provide updates on initiatives, and drive discussions on improvements, harmonization, and innovation—taking current SC trends and benchmarks into account
Collaborate with site teams and cross-functional colleagues to identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements
Lead and implement initiatives as project manager, driving change with a clear focus on impact and efficiency
Define, track, and analyze KPIs to monitor performance and process adherence within your area of responsibility
Stay ahead of the curve by continuously exploring trends, bringing in outside-in perspectives, and implementing new technologies that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness, including automation
Act as a change agent: engage teams and stakeholders to challenge the status quo, encourage creative thinking, and adopt new ways of working
Requirements
Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in supply chain in a multinational environment, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
Strong understanding of end-to-end (E2E) supply chain and expert knowledge in planning
Proven success leading projects, supported by a project management certification (e.g., PMP)
High level of computer literacy in MS Office—especially Excel and Power BI—and experience with SAP and Kinaxis
Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage
Experience with design thinking, innovation methodologies, and change management is a plus
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, combined with excellent communication abilities
Demonstrated ability to challenge existing processes and introduce innovative approaches
Willingness to travel up to 10%
