Coordinate international shipments from collection to final delivery, adhering to timelines agreed with the client
Communicate with export customers, providing technical and operational support at all stages of the process
Request and verify documentation required for export (invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, destination-specific documents, among others)
Prepare and issue documents such as HAWB/MAWB, bookings, shipping instructions, and pre-alerts
Ensure compliance with legal and customs requirements, including coordination with customs brokers, SEFAZ, and the Federal Revenue Service when necessary
Monitor cargo status and keep internal systems updated with information
Control operational costs and record expenses in the system for invoicing and financial control
Act proactively to resolve issues, focusing on prompt solutions and clear communication with all parties involved in the logistics chain.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress
Intermediate to advanced English
will be tested
Previous experience at a freight forwarder, working with air export/import
Proficiency in key export documents and processes, including knowledge of Incoterms and customs regimes
Intermediate Spanish
