Role Overview
Manage and grow a portfolio of customers across key markets
Identify, pursue, and convert new opportunities in target markets
Strengthen relationships with existing customers to increase satisfaction
Monitor competitor activity, customer trends, and industry developments
Manage pipeline data and provide accurate sales forecasts
Lead contract discussions, pricing agreements, and long-term strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless customer experience
Travel to visit customers, attend trade shows, and support global sales initiatives
Requirements
Strong commercial mindset
Passion for building long-term customer relationships
Experience in the chemicals, manufacturing, or industrial sectors
Track record of growing sales pipelines and closing strategic deals
Technical & Industry Competence in chemical products and applications
Proven sales acumen, with experience in B2B or industrial sales
Ability to identify market opportunities and create commercial strategies
Strong negotiation and contract management skills
Ability to analyse data, pricing models, and customer trends
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales forecasting tools
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Clear, persuasive communication skills
