Role Overview
- Serve as the operational backbone for DashMart's site network
- Own the creation and maintenance of standardized processes, performance systems, and operational cadences
- Focus on translating business strategy into actionable site-level standards
- Develop comprehensive playbooks and SOPs
- Build performance management systems to reduce variability and improve outcomes
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in operations strategy, process standardization, performance management, or field operations
- Experience developing and implementing standardized processes, SOPs, or operational frameworks
- Strong analytical capability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Ability to travel up to 25%
