Supervise a team developing, improving and implementing QC processes globally
Act as Head of Quality Control as per German AMWHV
Lead strategy development and align between local QC-teams and centralized IT-functions
Stakeholder management of internal departments and external partners
Review and approve QC relevant strategic documents and drive operational processes

10+ years experience in GMP Quality Control
at least 5 years as QC Head or equivalent leadership role in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry
In-depth experience with digital systems within Quality Control
Strong expertise in computer system validation
Proven ability to implement and manage globally harmonized systems, KPIs, and processes
Demonstrated leadership skills with strong stakeholder management abilities
Extensive experience managing audits and inspections
Strong knowledge of country-specific regulations and global regulatory frameworks
Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plus
