About this role
Role Overview
Responsible for addressing all IDEMIA IT related issues in accordance with service-level agreements
Solves and documents Level 2 and sometimes Level 3 IT needs of users and productive operations associated with a ticket
Supports the installation and maintenance of operating systems, software and applications
Manages communication with internal and external customer from the point of raising request to resolution
Assists external providers or vendors during IT activities and ensures compliance with company standards
Manages IT assets and coordinates access to IT tools while ensuring security compliance
Provides training to end users and transfers knowledge to other IT members
Works autonomously and reports to IT Lead or IT Manager
Requirements
2-3 years of experience supporting Microsoft D365 F&O / SAP, with strong focus on SCM and O2C modules
Strong understanding of Manufacturing/Supply Chain processes, including Inventory management and procurement workflows
Ability to work on complex architecture and interfaces landscape (workflows, connection with Kyriba, etc…)
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and an analytic mindset.
Fluency in English, as the role involves working with an international team.
