Intake and process compliance-related correspondence, including disputes, agency complaints, and attorney communications. Research, and draft responses to Agency complaints (BBB, CFPB, etc.) within the required deadlines
Report complaints, disputes, exceptions, or other compliance defects to clients as contractually required, through the approved channels
Requirements
Experience with Hubspot, Slack, and TrueBI are preferred but not required
Ability to communicate professionally and collaborate successfully across multiple departments and locations, including with management and clients as required

Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, etc.), and able to learn a variety of software products and tools as needed to perform the day-to-day tasks
Ability to meet deadlines, goals, and objectives
