Deploy AI use cases across the research lifecycle (planning, analysis, synthesis), build AI agents, automate qualitative and quantitative analysis, and integrate these solutions into the existing tech stack.
Set up user feedback collection systems (e.g., in-app satisfaction pop-ups), structure their analysis, and integrate them into a continuous insights monitoring system.
Structure and maintain the research repository, improve accessibility, and drive the adoption of insights across teams.
Manage and evolve the research tools stack, run continuous benchmarking (especially of AI tools), and improve adoption across teams.
Support the setup and execution of international studies (recruitment, coordination, ensuring data quality).
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Research Ops or User Research
Comfortable managing participant panels, databases, and research tools (Dovetail, UserTesting, Maze, Lookback, etc.)
Solid understanding of repository and knowledge-management challenges
Strong interest in applying AI to user research
Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Data, Engineering, etc.)
Autonomous, detail-oriented, and well organized
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
