Assist the account management team with daily administrative and operational tasks.
Manage internal and external communication related to client orders, product inquiries, and follow ups.
Build and maintain preliminary costing models for client programs, consolidating supplier quotes, tracking key cost drivers, and supporting budget alignment and margin targets.
Maintain and update client database and pipeline reports for accurate tracking and reporting.
Track customer orders, ensuring accurate processing and timely delivery.
Organize and track product samples incoming and outgoing for clients’ needs.
Prepare sales materials, presentations, and proposals for existing and new clients.
Coordinate and support on-site logistics for client presentations and events, upholding Twelve’s standards and delivering a seamless, on-brand experience.
Participate in client calls or meetings alongside Account Managers, take detailed notes and track action items for internal follow up and execution.
Research market trends and competitive activities.
Learn and apply core sales fundamentals (prospecting, pitching, closing).
Requirements
Currently enrolled degree program in Marketing, Design, Communication, or Business (eligible for an apprenticeship contract).
Genuine passion for trends, design, and broader consumer engagement patterns.
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong sense of ownership with a proactive approach to problem-solving and follow-through.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, international environment.
Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
