About this role
Role Overview
Participate in planning activities and contribute to the successful delivery of mandates
Engage with various departments/teams to facilitate and ensure the execution of the Vice‑President's initiatives and projects
Provide strategic support to stakeholders in the handling of complex files
Actively contribute to the operational management of projects
Represent the Vice‑President and their teams at certain meetings and with various committees
Participate in analyses to document proposed solutions
Plan and produce reports related to assigned activities
Support teams in the delivery and implementation of large‑scale projects
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis and business projects, including 3 years' experience in group insurance and disability
Proficiency in French, both spoken and written
Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written
Strong analytical and synthesis skills
