Role Overview
- Ensure that all teams and areas of the organization effectively adopt agile practices, promoting continuous improvement across all processes.
- Facilitate the removal of high-impact impediments that affect multiple teams or departments, helping to create a collaborative and productive environment.
- Work closely with team leaders and stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and agile team deliveries.
- Assist in defining relevant metrics and KPIs to track the organization’s agile progress, such as lead time, cycle time, and other performance indicators.
- Coordinate and support the implementation of large-scale agile frameworks, such as SAFe, LeSS, or the Spotify Model, when applicable.
- Promote an agile culture throughout the organization, encouraging the adoption of agile principles and a mindset shift toward greater collaboration and results orientation.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and coaching for leaders and teams, developing agile competence at the organizational level.
- Foster collaboration between cross-functional teams and with external areas (such as IT, Product, Marketing, etc.), ensuring smooth workflows and alignment across deliveries.
- Monitor the implementation and evolution of agile practices, adjusting processes when necessary to ensure the effectiveness of the adopted framework.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience working as an Agile Master, Scrum Master, or in roles related to agile methodologies, preferably in large organizations or with multidisciplinary teams.
- Relevant agile certifications, such as:
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (ACSM)
- Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I), II (PSM II) or III (PSM III)
- SAFe Agilist (SA) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
- Kanban Management Professional (KMP) or Lean Agility
- Experience implementing large-scale agile frameworks, such as SAFe, LeSS, or the Spotify Model.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in other agile frameworks or complementary methodologies, such as Lean, Kanban, or Design Thinking.
- Familiarity with agile management tools, such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or other collaborative platforms.
- Leadership and influencing skills to drive change and engage teams and stakeholders in agile practices.
- Experience coaching teams and leaders to promote autonomy and agile maturity.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and priorities in a fast-changing environment with multiple simultaneous projects.
- Strong interpersonal communication, empathy, and facilitation skills to guide complex discussions and steer teams toward collaborative solutions.
