Monitor and manage employees' work schedule models, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and internal policies;
Continuously monitor performance indicators, producing detailed analyses and action plans to collaborate with relevant areas;
Maintain governance for tracking results with PRHs and managers;
Implement improvements to control tools: BI dashboards, applications, reports, etc.;
Execute, control and report process improvement projects and solutions that enhance management of employee working time;
Interface with the Legal and RTS teams to ensure alignment of policies and mitigation of labor risks;
Analyze the impact of internal and external audits related to time and attendance controls;
Develop and implement initiatives that strengthen working-time management across the company through training, communications and support for related areas;
Prepare executive materials for reporting projects and departmental results.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills;
Analytical and consultative profile with business acumen;
Strong storytelling skills;
Experience in managing work schedules/working time;
Experience in headcount management;
Experience in project management;
Knowledge of applicable labor legislation.
