Proactively initiate telephone contact with entrepreneurs and engage them in meaningful conversations about business growth and preparing their business for sale
Recruit entrepreneurs to participate in masterclasses and other business events to build and nurture the sales funnel
Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to contribute strategic ideas for the international growth of Marktlink and Marktlink Exit Ready
Support entrepreneurs in planning their future and provide guidance during the final phase of their ownership
Commit to continuous improvement and personal development, and maintain accurate records of conversations
Demonstrate initiative, take full ownership of your work, and hold yourself accountable for your success
Requirements
Energized by conversations and experienced in prospecting and telephone acquisition
Proven track record working with entrepreneurs
Excellent communication skills with the ability to hold meaningful conversations with business owners
Fluent in the local market language and possess strong professional experience in the country
Available to work 3–5 days per week
Open to working from a local Marktlink office or remotely from a country where we operate
Proactive self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
