Develop insights into partner priorities to identify opportunities for expanded distribution, product innovation, and joint marketing.
Account management for existing and new distribution partners, ensuring strong relationships and compliance with contractual obligations.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Strategy, Legal, Marketing, Ad Sales, and Finance to drive business outcomes.
Prepare contract summaries and ensure post-deal compliance.
Lead or support ad-hoc projects aligned with departmental goals.
Mentor and develop junior team members (e.g., Coordinators).
Monitor industry trends and communicate insights on competitive dynamics, regulatory changes, and partner KPIs.

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
7+ years of relevant experience in content distribution, partnerships, or media strategy.
Experience negotiating complex agreements with MVPDs, vMVPDs, or digital platforms.
Familiarity with broadcast, cable, satellite, and OTT distribution models.
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple complex projects under tight deadlines.
Strategic and analytical thinker with proven ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word), with emphasis on presentation skills.
Ability to present strategic recommendations to senior management.
Collaborative team player with cross-functional experience.
