You will collaborate closely with UX design, customer experience, and sales partners to gather insights about current and prospective enterprise customer needs in order to deliver the most value to our customers
You will work closely with our software and AI engineering teams to develop innovative solutions for our customers
You will own your roadmap and drive strong alignment and excitement across the business and for our customers
You will actively engage with our enterprise customers, deeply understanding their needs and aligning them with your roadmap
Along with your pod leads, you will define and own the outcomes you define for your roadmap, delivering meaningful and measurable success for our enterprise customer segment.

7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS product management, shipping successful products in the Enterprise space. Experience building platform capabilities is desired
2+ years working as a lead, principal, or platform product manager, ideally working in an empowered product team model.
Customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional products that solve customer problems and deliver customer value.
Eyes on the road ahead; you're a strategic thinker with the ability to align short-term objectives against a long-term roadmap
Solid technical understanding and experience in software development; you don't write code, but you are comfortable discussing technical product details with engineers and you know the right questions to ask.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders and customers at all levels.
