Provide leadership and subject-matter expertise across post-sales customer lifecycle for enterprise imaging solutions.
Oversee a team delivering workflow assessments, configuration, training, reporting builds, and go-live support for radiology and cardiology departments.
Drive customer success, adoption, and outcomes through effective delivery of digital implementation services.
Own workflow, configuration, and application deliverables throughout the full lifecycle of assigned projects.
Partner with customers to understand clinical and operational needs and conduct workflow assessments.
Ensure readiness for go-live, including training and validation; support post-go-live check-ins to drive customer satisfaction.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of workflow experts.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college and at least 4 years of experience in Services and/or Digital Implementation Services.
Associate's degree and at least 6 years of experience in Services and/or Digital Implementation Services.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
Proven ability to lead programs and projects.
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
Established project management skills.
Experience in radiology or cardiology imaging workflows, reporting, PACS/VNA, DICOM/non‑DICOM management, or clinical informatics preferred.
Experience mentoring or managing clinical or technical implementation specialists.
