Degree in IT, natural sciences, business administration, or a comparable qualification
Experience in an interface role between technical and operational areas
Strong understanding of digital applications, processes, and their interdependencies
Analytical and strategic thinking with a pronounced solution-oriented approach
Strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and a confident demeanor
Proficient in CRM systems, reporting tools, and MS Office
Flexible and willing to travel occasionally
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
