About this role
Role Overview
- Monitor payment transaction flows (Pix, credit/debit cards, boletos, and digital wallets);
- Support analysis and resolution of incidents and discrepancies with acquirers, PSPs, card schemes, issuers, and internal teams;
- Provide support for new projects, integrations, and process improvements;
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations with operational insights;
- Support testing and certification (homologation) of new payment methods.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Technology, or related fields (diploma or degree conferral required);
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office;
- Basic knowledge of payment methods, acquiring processes, and receivables financial flow;
- Experience in Payments and Digital Channels;
- Experience with data analysis is a plus;
- Knowledge of Spanish or English.
