Support the coordination of interdisciplinary working groups for the Group and its OpCos, tracking project milestones and deliverables;
Participate in initiatives related to culture and change management, process optimization and continuous improvement, tools, governance and organizational structure, strengthening collaboration between the CPO and Grupo Abra's OpCos;
Lead the CPO's data management, including analyses and development of insights on operational performance, cost savings and synergies, proactively identifying deviations and opportunities to support leadership decision-making;
Monitor schedules, deliverables, budgets and objectives of the CPO's projects and related areas within Grupo Abra.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related fields (degree or proof of graduation);
Excel: advanced functions, pivot tables and data analysis;
Power BI: creation of dashboards and dynamic reports;
Experience with systems such as SAP, Ariba or similar;
Experience in project management;
Fluent English.
Desired:
Experience in aviation projects, aeronautical engineering, maintenance or consulting;
Familiarity with project management and fleet management tools;
Previous experience in shared services centers;
Certifications in Project Management (PMP, Scrum, Agile), Design Thinking, Change Management or Financial Analysis.
