First point of contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for prospects of our AI-powered asset platform, guiding them from initial outreach to qualified leads.
Lead generation & qualification: Proactively identify, engage, and qualify new leads, focusing on ideal customer profiles and key decision-makers.
Customer advisory: Demonstrate how remberg can optimize industrial operations and deliver value to prospective customers.
Market and growth insights: Identify opportunities to improve our go-to-market strategy and relay customer feedback to enhance our solution.
Ownership & collaboration: Take full ownership of your processes after onboarding and work closely with Account Executives and sales leadership to drive results.
Requirements
Relevant experience: Ideally, you have initial professional experience in customer-facing roles, such as internships or positions in sales, customer service, HR, or event management.
Language skills: Excellent German (C2) and good English (B2), both written and spoken.
