Collect data for clinical device trials and specimen procurements
Prepare and maintain regulatory forms and records
Ensure quality and integrity of clinical data through eCRF database and on-site source verification
Participate in site sponsor visits, trainings, and inspections
Contribute to the development of workflow procedures
Maintain trial data files in compliance with protocol requirements

High school diploma and at least 1 year of experience working in health care
Associate degree in scientific discipline or health care field preferred
Direct experience working with patients in a healthcare setting preferred
Knowledge of basic medical terminology and clinical skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office, general computer systems, and ability to learn other applications as needed
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good customer service skills
High level of organization, ability to multitask, ability to work as a team and independently
