Role Overview
- Manage a portfolio of retail pharmacy customers and capture orders through the order input system (VAN/EDI);
- Monitor execution of the promotional calendar;
- Implement commercial strategy in retail, including promotional staffing and merchandising activities;
- Track commercial KPIs and sales performance;
- Maintain relationships with retailers, ensuring alignment and compliance with commercial agreements;
- Provide execution reports and share performance data with leadership;
- Analyze sell-out data and identify growth opportunities in retail;
- Manage commercial investments in retail, including Joint Business Plans (JBP) and T2T;
- Monitor and analyze results of promotional and trade marketing activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing retail accounts in the pharmacy channel;
- Strategic business mindset and ability to identify growth opportunities;
- Proficiency in sell-out data analysis and development of action plans;
- Intermediate knowledge of trade marketing tools (e.g., Pharmalink) and management of commercial investments;
- Leadership skills and experience in mentoring and training teams;
- Knowledge of Logistics Operator (3PL);
- Availability to travel.
