Develop and maintain user interfaces for the mobile customer service and sales management application, ensuring quality and performance;
Implement features following architectural patterns and development best practices established by the team;
Collaborate with design, product and backend teams to translate requirements into efficient technical solutions;
Participate in code reviews, contributing to continuous improvement of code quality and knowledge sharing;
Write unit and widget tests to ensure the reliability of developed features;
Assist with technical documentation of implemented components and features;
Actively contribute to agile ceremonies and the technical evolution of the product.

Solid experience with Flutter development, including state management (Provider, BLoC, or Riverpod), navigation and API integration.
Mobile development: Knowledge of mobile application lifecycles, UX/UI best practices, and basic performance optimization.
Backend integration: Experience consuming REST APIs, error handling, authentication and asynchronous data handling.
Version control: Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows (Git Flow, trunk-based development).
Agile methodologies: Experience working in agile teams (Scrum or Kanban), participating in dailies, planning and retrospectives.
Automated testing: Basic knowledge of unit and widget testing, with an understanding of the importance of code quality.
Problem solving: Ability to debug and resolve technical issues independently, with team support when needed.
