About this role
Role Overview
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target new business opportunities.
Travel to meet with potential and existing customers, building strong relationships.
Educate customers on the benefits and technical aspects of our lithium battery products.
Identify customer needs and provide customized solutions.
Manage a sales pipeline using CRM software and track progress towards sales goals.
Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional efforts.
Work closely with the operations and technical support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
Requirements
2+ years of sales experience
Golf cart industry background strongly valued
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel extensively and work independently in the field.
Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Experience attending trade shows and industry networking events.
