Young Apprentice in Communications and Culture

Role Overview

• Support control and tracking of all department payments;
• Assist in organizing and executing internal events (coffee breaks, trainings, general logistics);
• Support endomarketing activities, including control, organization and distribution of promotional items;
• Contribute to the creation and execution of internal marketing (endomarketing) initiatives;
• Support initiatives related to diversity and internal communications;
• Maintain interface with partner areas such as Procurement and Finance to ensure fluid processes;
• Support other administrative activities related to People (HR) as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma completed or currently pursuing a degree in Administration, HR, Communications or related fields;
• Knowledge of Excel (basic to intermediate level);
• Willingness to learn and develop in People, Communications and Culture areas;
• Ownership mindset;
• Sense of responsibility and urgency;
• Organization and attention to detail;
• Agility and proactivity;
• Good interpersonal skills.
