About this role
Role Overview
- Take full ownership of onboarding Europe’s leading Fintechs and financial institutions to Upvest’s Investment API
- Manage end-to-end client launches, ensuring smooth integration across tech, operations, and compliance
- Standardize processes and leverage best practices to make onboarding faster and efficient
- Build strong, long-term client relationships and set new standards for collaboration
- Understand clients' needs to help them launch successfully and in time
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in client-facing project management within Fintech, Investment banking or management consulting (ideally in onboarding and integration project roles)
- Previous experience with or strong interest in software-/infrastructure-as-a-service products (e.g. Banking-as-a-Service etc.)
- Superb project and communication skills, with a hands-on attitude
- A client-first mindset and a pragmatic approach to solving problems
- A willingness to dive into the deep end, be challenged and learn at a rapid pace
- A structured and proactive approach, anticipating client challenges early and addressing them with foresight
- The ability to work autonomously, take ownership, and drive initiatives within or close to your area of responsibility
- Professional proficiency in both German and English
