Education: Degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields
Analysis of project documentation (technical drawings, HLDs, architectures, floor plans, etc.)
Use of the SAP maintenance module (items, maintenance plans, functional locations, equipment/technical lists)
Building reports and planning the execution process for Initial Control
Interface with the operational technology project team, operations and capital teams
Interface with EIA engineering and maintenance teams for delivery of Initial Control outputs
Development of the maintenance strategy and materials for the project’s automation, electrical and instrumentation assets during Initial Control preparation
Execute Initial Control for Plant, Mine and Port projects
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Initial Control process.

Experience with SAP maintenance management (computerized maintenance management system)
Analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems
Strong critical thinking applied to deliverables
Communication and teamwork skills
Proactive profile with a high level of autonomy in project and contract management processes, strong communication skills for cross-functional interactions, and a strong ability to work collaboratively across different directorates
Desired experience with Projects, Reliability and/or Maintenance Strategy in Plant, Port and Mine environments.
