Act as the primary escalation point and subject matter expert for technical teams.
Communicate regularly with senior leadership on developments, risk management, and operational performance.
Evaluate business processes and IT systems to identify opportunities for productivity gains, cost reductions, and standardization.
Support and execute improvement initiatives aligned with corporate goals.
Engage with internal teams and external vendors to support infrastructure projects.
Maintain strong communication with end users and cross‑functional partners on operational needs and project updates.

College Diploma (3 years) required; University Degree preferred.
7 years of relevant IT infrastructure experience required; 10+ years preferred.
Project management capability with proven experience leading technical teams and initiatives.
High‑level understanding of IT principles, processes, and industry solutions.
Strong communication and influence skills to support leadership interactions and prioritization.
