You handle the day-to-day accounting, record accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, and post credit card statements as well as bank statements and cash books.
You support the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and work closely with our controlling team and external tax advisor.
You are responsible for monitoring and executing payment transactions as well as managing dunning/collections.
You review and code incoming invoices and ensure timely payment.
You maintain and manage fixed asset accounting, ensuring that all investments are recorded and depreciated correctly.
You identify opportunities to improve existing processes and help make our finance processes more efficient.
You act as a point of contact for colleagues, the tax advisor and auditors on all accounting and tax-related matters.

You have completed a commercial vocational training (e.g. trained tax clerk) and ideally further qualification in financial accounting or certified accounting (Bilanzbuchhaltung).
You bring at least 3 years of professional experience in Finance & Accounting, ideally in an agency environment.
You have experience with SAP B1 and/or DATEV and possess strong Excel skills.
You work in a structured, proactive way and can prioritize even in stressful situations.
You are analytically strong and can communicate complex financial matters clearly.
