Requirements
Linguistic Proficiency: Native or fluent in both Italian and English (written and spoken).
Strong Communication: An excellent phone presence with the confidence to lead regular outbound calls and the empathy to listen to partner needs.
Target-Driven Mindset: Proven ability to work toward demanding targets while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
Technical Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office software; while not essential, knowledge of Salesforce is highly desirable.
