postgraduate qualifications in a relevant discipline (or equivalent experience)
significant senior leadership experience in multicentre randomised clinical trials
strong capability in operating within complex clinical and research environments
sound understanding of translational research design, protocol interpretation, feasibility assessment, and risk management
proven strategic planning and business development skills
knowledge of the clinical trials regulatory landscape, including governance, contracts, and intellectual property
experience developing policies and frameworks in regulated settings
inclusive and collaborative leadership capabilities
ability to build strong relationships and communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences
