You will work directly alongside the CEO and CFO as a central interface, ensuring strategic priorities are consistently executed in day-to-day operations
You will not act as a traditional assistant but as an operational extension of top management, operating between strategy, governance, and operational execution
By proactively managing calendars, you ensure time is allocated to the most important topics
You increase the quality and speed of decisions through well-structured meetings (agenda, decision materials, follow-ups)
As a central interface, you coordinate internal and external stakeholders at the highest level
You independently take on projects and ad-hoc topics from the CEO and CFO and drive them forward with focus
You prepare complex information so that well-founded decisions can be made quickly
You identify risks, bottlenecks, and open issues early and take active steps to address them
You efficiently organize travel, offsites, and management formats and ensure smooth execution
You continuously develop processes around top management and bring structure to a dynamic environment
Overall, you ensure that important topics do not stagnate but are consistently implemented

Several years of experience working directly with executive management, board members, or partners
A strong understanding of business fundamentals (strategy, finance, operations)
Ideally, you have worked in a dynamic environment such as a scale-up, consulting firm, or investment company
You maintain an overview in complex situations and set clear priorities
You combine operational excellence with a clear strategic perspective
You work independently, quickly, and precisely even under high tempo
You handle sensitive information with absolute trustworthiness and professionalism
Business-fluent in German and English
You are flexible across Germany and are regularly on-site in Munich
