Develop interactive dashboards, alerts, and report templates to provide real-time, actionable insights to Finance department stakeholders
Lead ongoing development and automation of financial reports, digital forms, and processes
Manage, update, and validate data across multiple platforms
Produce regular and ad-hoc reports that integrate various dimensions across the Firm
Provide technical expertise to support the Firm's finance digitization initiative
Plan and execute project management activities such as requirements gathering and quality assurance
Deliver hands-on demonstrations showing product usage tailored to our unique environments
Establish and maintain strong internal and external relationships

University degree in a related field (e.g., data science, computer science, finance, or engineering)
At least three years of relevant work experience, preferably in a legal or professional services environment
Bilingual in French and English required
Experience designing data models and dashboards with Power BI (an asset)
Proficiency in T-SQL
Good knowledge of database management is an asset
Ability to design automated alerting systems
Familiarity with enterprise solutions such as Power Apps and ServiceNow
Strong MS Excel skills, including VBA scripting for report automation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills, including strong written communication
Ability to demonstrate tact and diplomacy when interacting with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to prioritize concurrent tasks and follow up on outstanding items
Strong commitment to meeting deadlines
Strong initiative and ability to learn quickly
