Lead and manage multiple creative projects from inception through completion.
Develop project scopes, timelines, and milestones and ensure alignment with creative strategy and business objectives.
Oversee the production lifecycle of video, site assets, emails, social content, in-store creative, and event experiences.
Collaborate across Walmart business units and external partners to ensure alignment across marketing, sales, media, and creative teams.
Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners to maintain project continuity.
Work with agency partners and freelancers to execute creative deliverables.
Ensure all creative outputs reflect brief requirements, brand standards, and KPIs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Fine Arts, Design, or related field.
Extensive experience across agency or in-house marketing (project management, account management, editorial management, integrated marketing).
Previous experience with shopper marketing, account management, and retail or digital media.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work with diverse roles and disciplines.
Positive, collaborative approach to problem-solving.
Experience using Airtable required (or equivalent project/work tools).
