About this role
Role Overview
Own and deliver the flagship store’s commercial performance across all key KPIs, including sell-out, conversion, ATV, UPT, ASP and CRM
Analyse business performance, identifying trends in traffic, client behaviour and product dynamics, and translate insights into clear action plans
Lead weekly and monthly business reviews, ensuring strong follow-up on priorities and performance drivers
Drive a strong clienteling culture, ensuring proactive client recruitment, retention and reactivation
Build and nurture relationships with top clients, VIPs and brand advocates, while developing local communities through events and partnerships
Strengthen relationships with corporate partners and local stakeholders to enhance the store’s visibility and network
Ensure operational excellence across all store routines, including staffing, scheduling, stock management, deliveries and product flow
Maintain full control of inventory accuracy and ensure the store environment reflects the brand’s luxury positioning at all times
Guarantee compliance with all operational, legal and health & safety requirements
Build, lead and develop a high-performing team through clear expectations, structured coaching and continuous feedback
Drive recruitment, talent development and succession planning, ensuring a strong and future-ready team
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and excellence aligned with company values
Ensure full adoption and effective use of CRM, reporting and retail systems, translating performance into clear communication and actions
Collaborate closely with HQ and cross-functional partners to drive alignment and business success
Requirements
6–7+ years of experience in store management within premium or luxury retail, beauty or fashion, ideally in Stockholm
A strong and consistent track record of delivering commercial KPIs such as sell-out, conversion, ATV, UPT and CRM performance
Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced, client-centric environment
Strong experience in recruitment, coaching, performance management and talent development
A strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate data and insights into business results
A client-centric approach, with the ability to build relationships, drive loyalty and create community
Solid operational understanding, including stock management, workforce planning and retail processes
The ability to lead with confidence, navigate complexity and make sound decisions
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions
Fluency in English and Swedish (additional languages are a plus)
