Oversee research and define clear outcomes, key messages, and production approach for every piece of BigFuture.org content
Manage quantitative and qualitative user research and feedback systems to measure value and relevance of BigFuture.org content
Prioritize and manage community team’s backlog of content concepts and editorial calendar

7+ years managing digital content strategy, systems, and creation in partnership with product teams (including 2+ as people manager)
A strategic and inclusive leadership style
A proven ability to drive performance and growth
Deep experience in defining content strategy and taxonomies
Masterful approaches to multimedia content creation
Strong quantitative orientation to routinely diagnose, synthesize findings and implications
Strong organizational and project management skills
Deep experience leveraging Drupal or similar content management systems and Adobe Express or similar video editing software
The ability to travel once a month to College Board offices or conferences or on behalf of other College Board business
