Become a creative expert in mobile gaming: benchmark what our competitors are doing, experiment with new ideas

Fully proficient with playable ads creation or Unity projects (size optimized to be used as playable)
Experience with playable ads creation on Unity, Cocos Creator or any relevant platform
Adequate knowledge of objects oriented programming and web game development
Proactive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills
Fluent in English, both oral and written
At least 3+ year of experience in a similar role
Deeply familiar with the mobile gaming market, in particular, hyper casual and casual games
Creative mindset and knowledge in game design
Familiarity with 3rd party SDKs, analytics, and A/B testing in mobile games (preferred but not essential)
