Manage the direct sales strategy and oversee results using commercial data (indicators);
Participate in the prospecting of consultants and leaders, conducting creative searches to present the business and opportunities. Be present in the field, performing door-to-door activities and promoting offers and benefits;
Recruit, encourage and qualify the team of Entrepreneurial Leaders and Jequiti Consultants;
Meet sales targets, map markets to identify and execute actions that will increase sales and orders;
Perform billing activities, close episodes and orders, and prepare management reports;
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (completed);
Experience in direct sales;
Experience in commercial management and the direct sales segment;
Ability to interact and influence clearly and effectively;
Driver’s license
Category B;
Availability to work flexible hours and travel within the region of operation.
Desired:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
Experience in the cosmetics industry;
Experience in people management (external/field teams).
