Role Overview
- Plans, organizes, and staffs electrical/automation/MES construction projects
- Ensures projects are completed safely, profitably, timely, of high quality and according to customer expectations
- Identifies and generates new business
- Networks and maintains customer relationships
- Promotes a positive Company Culture by fostering friendly employee relations
- Works with Purchasing Department and vendors for effective material coordination
- Meets regularly for project updates and performance reviews
- Supports employee growth and conducts performance reviews
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (in fields related to Construction Management, Project Management, Construction, Electrical Engineering or related)
- 5 years experience in the electrical field
- 1 year of electrical estimating experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Accubid and AutoCAD preferred
- Travel: 15-20%
