Independently develop design and construction work packages for electrical overhead and underground distribution systems
Review work provided by Client and assess requirements of scopes
Perform engineering calculations such as structural analysis for wood pole loading, guying calculations, and voltage drop
Provide engineering support during construction and conduct post-construction reviews
Conduct root cause analysis of outages and mitigation using engineering principles and design
Coordinate conflicting utilities and field engineering design requirements

2+ years of prior relevant experience
Bachelor's Degree (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial preferred)
Experience with the execution of distribution projects from kickoff through design approved
Customer interaction and Process documentation
Experience with utility reliability projects
Proficiency with the NESC
Valid U.S. driver's license
Previous QAQC experience (Nice to Haves)
Experience with design tools such as Pole Foreman, O-Calc, Spida-Calc
Relevant management or leadership experience
