Provide multi-channel support by managing phone calls, tickets, chat, and social media interactions.
Deliver accurate and timely assistance to resolve inquiries, complaints, and return/refund requests while following company procedures and policies.
Build strong customer relationships through clear, empathetic, and proactive communication.
Assist customers with orders by providing guidance, processing purchases, and ensuring a smooth ordering experience.
Requirements
Customer Service experience
Ideal if they have knowledge of Zoho, Aircall, Shopify and Google environment
Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Prior experience supporting Customers
Familiarity with remote work collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Notion, Google Meet, Zoom)

Payment Terms: Net 30
Work hours will be fixed and scheduled within the 9:00 AM–9:00 PM ET operating window. Weekend shifts are part of the regular schedule and rotate among all agents.
Contractor is expected to use their own tools unless otherwise specified.
