About this role

Define and execute a comprehensive QA strategy aligned with product and engineering goals across multiple systems and releases.
Establish testing frameworks, processes, and best practices, with a strong emphasis on automation and continuous improvement.
Drive adoption of modern testing tools such as Playwright or comparable frameworks; oversee test automation within CI/CD pipelines.
Ensure quality across applications, including API, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Recruit, mentor, and develop QA professionals; foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and technical growth.
Partner with engineering, product, and DevOps teams to embed quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Identify quality risks early, communicate effectively with leadership, and provide clear metrics on product quality and release readiness.

6+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or management role
Proven experience building or scaling QA functions in a product or systems-focused environment
Strong background in test automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
Experience testing applications built on the .NET Framework
Solid understanding of integration testing, and system-level validation
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Experience working in or with GovTech is preferred
