Modernize IT service delivery by implementing AI-enabled, data-driven support models that improve speed, quality, and employee experience
Drive reliability and operational excellence across enterprise systems by implementing automation, observability, and continuous improvement practices
Partner with Security to embed security-by-design across IT infrastructure and operations while maintaining a seamless user experience
Own IT financial planning and vendor strategy, including budgeting, cost optimization, and management of strategic partners
Build and scale a high-performing global IT organization with clear accountability, strong operating rhythms, and a proactive, service-oriented culture
Requirements
15+ years of progressive leadership experience across enterprise technology, infrastructure, and IT operations, including ownership at scale in a technology-driven organization.
Proven success defining and executing enterprise IT strategy in high-growth or complex environments.
Demonstrated track record modernizing IT service delivery through automation, analytics, and AI (virtual agents, intelligent routing, knowledge management) to improve reliability, efficiency, and employee experience.
Deep understanding of ITSM, observability, SRE-inspired practices, and AI-enabled service delivery models.
Financial and vendor management experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
Strategic, data-driven leader who connects technology performance to measurable business outcomes.
Strong employee-experience orientation paired with operational discipline and accountability.
Executive presence with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and lead through incidents and change.
Proven ability to build and scale high-performing, globally distributed teams and foster a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Experience operating in regulated or security-focused environments is a bonus
