Mentor and elevate: Guide junior analysts, raising the bar for technical quality and storytelling.
Collaborate cross-functionally: Ensure data insights flow seamlessly between the data team, engineering, and business units.
Requirements
Proven experience: Multiple years in data analytics and experienced in influencing decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative communicator: Skilled at working across technical and non-technical teams.
Technical depth: Strong SQL skills, experience with modern analytics stacks (dbt, Looker/Tableau, or similar technologies), and a solid understanding of Python.
Data storytelling: Ability to simplify complex analysis into clear, compelling narratives and visuals.
Business acumen: Comfortable with product impact analysis, commercial sizing, churn analysis, and performance measurement.
Mentorship: Experience coaching junior analysts and setting high standards for analysis.
Desirable: Experience defining metrics frameworks at scale.
Familiarity with energy markets, fintech, or climate tech.
Exposure to BI and data adoption initiatives.
