Role Overview
- Lead and define Tinder’s editorial, creative, and influencer strategy across EMEA
- Drive a strong focus on owned and earned media
- Act as the primary regional point of contact for key platform partners
- Break down silos and scale best practices across markets
- Ensure all campaigns are “social by design”
- Drive success through growth in social channels
Requirements
- 7+ years of senior-level experience within an EMEA scope for a global brand
- Proven ability to translate both creative vision and business objectives into impactful strategies
- A strategic and creative thinker
- An inspiring leader and collaborative team player
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
- Strong experience engaging with senior executives
- Fluent in English; additional European language skills are a strong plus.
